Key Proficiency Goals

Solve all math facts problems quickly from memory, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, by scoring a rating of at least 90 (ideally 100) on Fast Addition, Fast Subtraction, Fast Multiplication, and Fast Division.
Be fluent with long addition and long subtraction (using scratch paper is fine).
Deeply understand the concept of fractions. For example, be capable of visually explaining why 1/2 is greater than 1/3 by dividing a picture into sixths.
