Fast Addition Reverse
Just like Fast Addition, but does the math facts in reverse. Research suggests that learning 9s, then 8s, then 7s, and so on may be more efficient than learning 1s, then 2s, then 3s, and so on. The reason is that you'll reinforce learning of the hardest materials from start until end.
This topic aligns to the following state standards
Grade 1: Num 1.1.1 Identify and model basic addition facts (sums through 10) and the corresponding subtraction facts.
Grade 2: Num 1.2.1 Identify and model basic addition facts (sums to 18) and the corresponding subtraction facts; immediately recall basic addition facts (sums through 10) and the corresponding subtraction facts.
Grade 3: Num 1.3.1 Immediately recall and use addition and subtraction facts and multiplication facts to 81.
