In this topic, we will be calculating the perimeter of polgons.

Perimeter (P) is the distance around a closed, flat figure.
The perimeter of a polygon is the sum of all its sides.


Example 1:

Perimeter = sum of all the sides
P = 4 + 10 + 8 + 5 + 7 + 4 + 5 + 4
  = 47
